Ingredients

  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in softened cream cheese and matcha powder until fully incorporated.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small mounds.
