Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
- Whisk flour, matcha powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs and milk, then mix until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a thin layer of batter.
- Cook each crepe for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Let crepes cool.
- Layer crepes with whipped cream.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
