Ingredients

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drop small spoonfuls of batter.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Serve warm.
