Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 12 mini corn tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush tortillas with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
- Mash beans with cumin and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Spread bean mixture on baked tortillas.
- Top with tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.

- Use store-bought tostada shells to save time.
- Add avocado slices for extra creaminess.
- Swap black beans for refried beans if preferred.
