Description

Delicious bite-sized spinach puff pastries perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
  3. Mix spinach, feta, ricotta, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold pastry over filling to form triangles and press edges to seal.
  6. Brush pastries with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
