Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Mix spinach, feta, ricotta, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold pastry over filling to form triangles and press edges to seal.
- Brush pastries with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use a fork to crimp edges for better sealing.
- Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
