Description
Mini Tzatziki Boats are refreshing cucumber bites filled with creamy tzatziki sauce, perfect as a light appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut cucumbers into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Scoop out the center of each round to create a small well.
- Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Fill each cucumber well with the tzatziki mixture.
- Serve chilled.
