Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, and cheese sauce. Mix well.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
