Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 3 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- Layer banana slices over the crust.
- Whisk milk and pudding mix until thickened, then spread over bananas.
- Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the pudding layer.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- For a firmer pie, chill overnight.
- Top with extra banana slices before serving if desired.
