Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pan.
  2. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half the filling over the crust. Add a layer of blueberries.
  6. Top with remaining filling. Chill for 4 hours.
  7. Garnish with extra blueberries before serving.
