A simple no-bake dessert with a tangy lemon and blueberry flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pan.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half the filling over the crust. Add a layer of blueberries.
- Top with remaining filling. Chill for 4 hours.
- Garnish with extra blueberries before serving.

- For a firmer texture, freeze for 1 hour before serving.
- Replace blueberries with raspberries for variation.
