  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Cook until beef is browned.
