Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken and Cajun seasoning, cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic, sauté for 3 minutes.
- Stir in pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
