Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in potatoes, ranch seasoning, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and cover until melted, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.

- Use any variety of smoked sausage you prefer.
- For crispier potatoes, uncover for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
