Description

A quick and easy one-pot creamy garlic parmesan chicken penne pasta dish that’s rich in flavor and perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add penne pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once pasta is tender and sauce thickens, stir in parmesan cheese.
