Description

A hearty and comforting soup combining the flavors of macaroni, cheese, and ground beef in one pot.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, milk, and diced tomatoes. Stir well.
