Ingredients
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, and black pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
