Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into fry-sized sticks
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip zucchini sticks in beaten eggs, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Place coated fries on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
