A quick and easy breakfast option with the sweet taste of peaches and the creamy texture of overnight oats.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
- Add diced peaches, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Stir before eating and top with extra peaches if desired.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey.
- For a creamier texture, add more yogurt or milk.
