Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon


Instructions

  2. Add diced peaches, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Stir well until all ingredients are fully mixed.
