Ingredients
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee (chilled)
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Brew coffee and let it cool in the fridge.
- Add chilled coffee, banana, peanut butter, milk, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add honey if desired and blend briefly.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen banana for a thicker texture.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
