A delicious combination of pecan pie and brownies, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
- Pour batter into greased baking pan.
- Mix pecans, corn syrup, and brown sugar.
- Spread pecan mixture over brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool before cutting.
