Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead into a dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and line a greased oven-safe pot, leaving edges to cover the top.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
  6. Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  7. Sprinkle oregano on top.
  8. Fold the dough edges over the filling to seal.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
