Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and line a greased oven-safe pot, leaving edges to cover the top.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
- Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle oregano on top.
- Fold the dough edges over the filling to seal.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
