Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend yogurt, berries, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour mixture into small molds or ice cube tray.
- Sprinkle chia seeds on top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Pop out frozen bites and store in airtight container.
