Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine oats and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Stir frequently until oats soften and absorb most of the liquid (5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in collagen peptides until fully dissolved.
- Add honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Top with fresh berries, nuts, or seeds if desired.
- Serve warm.
