Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups milk (or water)
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine oats and milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes.
