Ingredients
- 1 lb white American cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Place cheese and milk in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir continuously until cheese is fully melted and smooth.
- Add green chilies, cilantro, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
