Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe skillet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.
