A creamy and cheesy spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for parties or quick snacks. Made in a skillet for easy preparation and serving.
Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen if preferred.
- This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
