Delicious raspberry coconut magic bars with a sweet and tangy twist.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle coconut and white chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- Drizzle raspberry jam over the top.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over everything.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
