Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, melted butter, and shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
