Description

A creamy, crunchy chicken casserole made with Ritz crackers for a delicious and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, melted butter, and shredded cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
