Description
A simple and healthy snack made by roasting chickpeas with sea salt. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with protein.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil and sea salt.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crispiness, let chickpeas dry before roasting.
