Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead into a dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) with a cast-iron skillet inside.
- Press dough into the hot skillet, sprinkle garlic and rosemary on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
