Ingredients
- 400g salmon fillet, cubed
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Season salmon cubes with salt, pepper, and lime zest.

- In a bowl, mix diced mango, avocado, red onion, lime juice, and Greek yogurt.
