Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into 1/2-inch rounds.
- Spread cream cheese on each cucumber slice.
- Top with a small piece of smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle with dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Serve chilled.
