Description
A spicy and creamy twist on traditional ramen, Samyang Buldak Ramen Carbonara combines fiery Korean flavors with rich carbonara sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 package Samyang Buldak Ramen
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, egg yolk, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Stir until thickened.
- Add cooked noodles to the sauce and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by reducing or adding more of the ramen’s included sauce packet.
- For extra richness, add crispy bacon or pancetta.
