Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 lb sausage, crumbled
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Cook sausage until browned.
- Add diced apple and sauté for 2 minutes.
