Description
A hearty and nutritious stew combining sausage, kale, and white beans for a filling meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 2 cans white beans, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in kale and cook until wilted.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add white beans, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use spicy sausage for extra flavor.
- Swap kale with spinach if preferred.
