A simple and delicious sheet pan bacon-wrapped meatloaf that’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8-10 strips bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a sheet pan.
- Wrap bacon strips around the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for best results.
- Add a glaze of ketchup and brown sugar if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
