Description
A quick and easy meal with seasoned chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy ranch slaw served in pita bread.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Mix cabbage, carrots, ranch dressing, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Warm pita bread for 1-2 minutes in the oven.
- Fill pitas with chicken and ranch slaw.
- Serve immediately.
