Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined.
- Shape mixture into 6 small loaves and place on a greased sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use lean ground beef for best results.
