A quick and easy sheet pan shrimp boil with flavorful spices, juicy shrimp, and tender vegetables. Perfect for a fuss-free dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Toss potatoes, corn, and sausage with 1 tbsp melted butter and 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning. Spread on the sheet pan.
- Roast for 15 minutes until potatoes start to soften.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with remaining butter, Old Bay, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne.
- Add shrimp and lemon slices to the sheet pan. Roast for 8-10 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use precooked smoked sausage for best results.
- Adjust cayenne pepper to control spiciness.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
