Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 cup mango, diced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Season with salt and pepper.
