Description

A hearty and easy slow cooker meal featuring kielbasa, cabbage, and potatoes. Perfect for a comforting dinner with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the kielbasa slices for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Place chopped cabbage, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
  3. Add the browned kielbasa on top.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
