Description

A simple and flavorful dish made with tender chicken and potatoes cooked in a slow cooker with parmesan and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Place chicken and potatoes in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix parmesan, garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken and potatoes.
  4. Pour chicken broth into the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
