Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into rounds and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon zest, dill, black pepper, and salt.
- Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Top with a piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with extra dill if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes before serving.
