Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Lay cucumber slices flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
  4. Place a small piece of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Roll the cucumber tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed.

Notes

  • Use a mandoline for even cucumber slices.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese for a lighter option.
