Ingredients
- 12 fresh oysters, scrubbed
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Shuck the oysters and place them on the grill.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon the butter mixture over each oyster.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes until the edges curl.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use a glove or towel when shucking to avoid injuries.
- Discard any oysters that do not open after grilling.
