Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp water (optional, for consistency)
Instructions
- Combine chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding water if needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
