Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
- Stir in cooked noodles, beef mixture, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted.
