Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 2 minutes.
- Brush the soy-ginger glaze over the salmon.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
