Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in extra bacon and jalapeño pieces if desired.
- Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.

- For extra heat, use pickled jalapeños.
