Description

Bibimmyeon is a spicy Korean cold noodle dish. It’s refreshing yet packed with bold flavors.


Ingredients

  • 200g Korean wheat noodles
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cucumber (julienned)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Rinse cooked noodles under cold water.
  3. Mix gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil.
  4. Toss noodles with sauce.
  5. Top with cucumber, carrot, boiled egg, and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately.
