Description
Bibimmyeon is a spicy Korean cold noodle dish. It’s refreshing yet packed with bold flavors.
Ingredients
- 200g Korean wheat noodles
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cucumber (julienned)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Rinse cooked noodles under cold water.
- Mix gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Toss noodles with sauce.
- Top with cucumber, carrot, boiled egg, and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang amount for preferred spice level.
- Noodles must be served cold.
- Add ice cubes for extra chill.
