Description
A quick and flavorful snack of edamame tossed in a spicy chili garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen edamame in pods
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Boil the edamame in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and chili flakes, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey.
- Toss the cooked edamame in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust chili flakes to control spiciness.
- Peeled edamame can be used for a quicker eat.
